Under Amy’s leadership, Implico has developed innovative communication strategies for high-profile clients across various industries, including transportation, hospitality, retail, and professional services. Their client list ranges from employer groups of 100 to Fortune 500 companies. She began her career by building the entire internal communications infrastructure for one of the top insurance brokers in the US, establishing herself as a subject matter expert in the field.

She stays at the forefront of design trends by attending conferences and actively engaging with industry leaders and she is known for her thought leadership in the communications industry. Through initiatives like #ImplicoGivesBack and the Implico Academy fellowship program, Amy is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of benefits communication leaders.

Stephen Graziano

Chief Growth Officer

Stephen Graziano is the Chief Growth Officer at Implico Communications, where he plays a crucial role not only as a sales leader but also as a partner, strategist, and consultant. With a robust background in insurance and technology, Stephen brings a holistic approach to client solutions, leveraging his extensive experience to guide clients towards the right deliverables.

Stephen’s career began with a leap of faith, moving from his education degree directly into a 1099 sales position, a decision that paid off and shaped his professional journey. His early experience includes working internally at a carrier and owning his own agency, which provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry. Transitioning into the communications space, Stephen led teams at various companies, developing effective communication campaigns and enhancing employee education for clients of all sizes.

At Implico, Stephen has been instrumental in structuring processes, including product development and design. His ability to understand a client’s needs and determine the best path forward, combined with his knowledge of market offerings, allows him to provide top-notch guidance and solutions. Stephen’s strategic vision and leadership have played a critical role in evolving Implico from a boutique agency known for its white-glove service into a widely recognized and respected industry leader in benefits communications.

Stephen’s core values are deeply rooted in his identity as a father and a family-focused individual. Alissa Konecny

Communications Director

Alissa Konecny has been an integral part of Implico Communications since 2016, serving as the Communications Director. In this role, Alissa oversees the content creation process and ensures the seamless execution of communication strategies. She leads the Contents and Quality Assurance team and collaborates closely with the design team and project managers to deliver precise and timely results.

A Dallas native and graduate of Southern Methodist University (SMU), Alissa combines her academic excellence with a deep passion for refining communication. She excels in crafting complex messages and change management communications, ensuring that every project, edit, and client request is executed with the highest level of accuracy and quality. Her meticulous attention to detail and innovative leadership have been instrumental in elevating Implico Communications across all facets of operations.

Alissa drives the company’s communication strategies with unwavering commitment, overseeing the quality assurance team to maintain the highest standards in every deliverable. Her ability to collaborate seamlessly with various teams ensures that Implico’s clients receive exceptional service and communication solutions that meet their unique needs.

Mary Dvorak

Creative Director

Mary Dvorak serves as the Creative Director at Implico Communications, bringing over two decades of design experience and leadership to the company. With a passion for creativity and innovation, Mary spearheads a dynamic team of 35 designers, ensuring that each project captures the unique needs and vision of Implico’s clients.

Mary’s expertise lies in her ability to inspire and mentor her team, fostering an environment of creativity and excellence. She is dedicated to investing in the development of younger designers, providing guidance and teaching them the skills necessary to excel in the industry. Her leadership style is characterized by a collaborative approach, encouraging her team to push the boundaries of design and deliver exceptional results.

As Creative Director, Mary takes a hands-on approach in meeting with clients to capture their vision and translate it into impactful designs. Her keen eye for detail and commitment to quality ensure that every project not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Ellen Griswold

Senior Project Manager

Ellen Griswold is the Senior Project Manager at Implico Communications, where her engineering background and expertise in Lean Fundamentals have been pivotal in refining and standardizing the company’s processes. Originally from Dallas, Ellen studied Civil Engineering at the University of Kansas and began her career as a civil analyst at Kimley Horn. She joined Implico’s Dallas office with a commitment to driving excellence and efficiency in project management.

In her role, Ellen leads the project management team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality. Her certification in Lean Fundamentals allows her to effectively manage the team’s internal resources, ensuring a consistent workflow and on-time delivery of projects. Ellen’s strategic approach and meticulous attention to detail have been instrumental in optimizing Implico’s operations.

Ellen is not only dedicated to managing projects but also to supporting and growing her team. She trains new employees in benefits communications, sharing her knowledge and expertise to help them excel in their roles.
