  • We prioritize our production schedule by this date. When we have two "Priority I" projects in revisions, the one with the closest due date always goes first -so don't leave this off. Also, if you have more than one project, list the in-hand dates for each. Remember - If you are printing back up that in-hand date by a week + 2 days for shipping and +5 days for mailing, and if you are translating, back it up another week.

It takes about a week to print, and if you are mailing to homes, allow another 5 days to start arriving in homes, or 2 days to ship to locations. Translation takes about a week, so take this into consideration when deciding on what day you want these in hand.

That would be 300 dpi .png or .eps file Images: if the client is wanting to use their own images, you can attach those too - but remember, those need to be 300 dpi too or else they will look fuzzy. Notices: Don't forget to attach the Required Notices if those are to be included
